MiCA-Aligned Disclosure Document

Abstract
Zetarium is a decentralised, non-custodial financial infrastructure protocol designed to support advanced trading and outcome-based participation markets through transparent, modular architecture.
The ecosystem is strategically centred around two primary products:
- ZDEX – a decentralised perpetual futures exchange (Perp DEX)
- Zetarium Predictions – an on-chain outcome-based participation platform (V2)
These products are supported by auxiliary infrastructure modules—Staking, Bonds, Swap Aggregation, and Community Rewards—which enhance liquidity, governance participation, and ecosystem engagement but are not positioned as the protocol's core value-generating products.
This document is provided for informational purposes only and is structured to align with the disclosure, neutrality, and risk transparency principles set out under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). Zetarium does not provide investment advice, guarantees, or custodial services.
Protocol Overview
Decentralised finance has matured significantly, yet critical inefficiencies remain:
- Fragmented liquidity across venues
- Execution inefficiencies for advanced trading
- Limited transparency in derivatives markets
- Unsustainable incentive-driven growth models
Zetarium addresses these challenges by focusing on execution-grade decentralised primitives and transparent participation mechanisms, while preserving self-custody and on-chain verifiability.
Rather than offering a wide but shallow product suite, Zetarium intentionally concentrates on two high-impact verticals:
- Decentralised derivatives trading
- Outcome-based prediction markets
This focus enables deeper liquidity, stronger risk controls, clearer governance, and improved regulatory clarity.

Security & Non-Custodial Design
Zetarium is fully non-custodial:
- Users retain control of assets at all times
- No discretionary access by the protocol
- Funds are committed only at execution
