1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Zetarium platform, including but not limited to zetarium.world, zdex.world, and prediction.zetarium.world (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited
- Not be subject to economic sanctions or listed on any prohibited party lists
3. Platform Description
Zetarium provides decentralized finance services including:
- ZDEX: Perpetual futures trading
- Zet Swap: Token swap aggregation
- Staking: Token staking services
- Bonds: Token sale with vesting
- Prediction Market: Event prediction markets
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
- All activities that occur through your wallet
- Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Understanding the risks associated with DeFi protocols
- Conducting your own research before using any service
5. Risks
By using the Platform, you acknowledge:
- Smart Contract Risk: Contracts may contain bugs despite audits
- Market Risk: Digital asset prices are highly volatile
- Liquidity Risk: Assets may become illiquid
- Regulatory Risk: Laws may change affecting platform availability
- Technical Risk: Network congestion, failures, or attacks may occur
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Create multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving additional rewards (Sybil attacks)
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Zetarium or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZETARIUM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZETARIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zetarium and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
Zetarium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
